R BLAH BLAH BLAH
As backwards as this sounds, I am so over the #RKelly shenanigans; the interview, the articles, the social media comments (memes will always be funny to me) that I writing about it. I started an article yesterday at work about the advertisement on auto insurance. Needles to say we had a power outage, computer shut down, nothing saved so here I am the very next morning, seeking inspiration from other articles and low and behold…… R. Kelly in the news with his latest court date. Now, yes I get it. What he is accused of, is serious and needs to be addressed, but by all means not by everyone. It’s everywhere. We have more other things going on in the world, and worse people have done worse things than to be focused on him…
These accusations have surfaced back in 2008 when he and Jay Z were launching their "Best of Both Worlds Album and Tour" I couldnt wait for their album to drop. I am music fanatic and I try to watch artist closely to tap into their personality traits beyond their music. Im thinking New York and Chicago on the same album... Aggression, arrogance, and enough confidence behind to be one of the greatest collaborations to date... Before I could wake up good to their press conference, it was all over the news about the leaked sex tape. JayZ dissassociated himself away from the madness so quick, you wouldv'e thought they were coming for him next, but it is the nature of business to remove yourself from negativity. There is soooo much I want to say but I was not there in the physical form when these alleged acts took place so I can't speak on what I don't know to be factual, but I will say if you are ready to lock him up and throw away the key for this, then you may as well send him company because there are alot of men in the "spotlight" who has done/been accused of about the same or worse activities and crimes that he is on trial for..... IJS
I can go on and on about who the media should pay attention to, but this aint this type of article, not yet any way.
